Designed to accelerate product flow in storage and loading areas, SMART ACC is a flexible conveyor that can extend, retract and adapt its shape to the direction of travel. Thanks to its mobile accordion chassis, it can be quickly moved to any point where it is needed, fits into tight spaces and helps you manage transfers more orderly, faster and with less labor. It relieves operations during peak load and makes loading/unloading more efficient.

Truck Loading & Unloading (With/Without Dock)

Transfers parcels up to 50 kg into/out of the vehicle quickly in docked or dockless areas. The accordion body extends into the vehicle, speeding up loading/unloading.

Durable Flexible Accordion Chassis

The modular accordion chassis can extend/retract to fit the workspace and change direction in tight turns—adapting to different warehouse scenarios rapidly. Built from industrial steel profiles, it resists vibration and impacts, maintains its form in long-term use and delivers stable performance even in heavy shifts.

Energy‑Efficient 24V Belt‑Driven System

The belt‑driven design powered by Itoh Denki 24V DC motor rollers eliminates chains, reduces maintenance and noise. The belt drive ensures quiet, low‑vibration, clean operation. The 24V architecture lowers power consumption and operating costs. With ZPA (Zero Pressure Accumulation), products do not collide during start/stop and flow is safely managed.

MABS & F‑RAT Integration and Line Connectivity

Fully compatible with MABS and F‑RAT sorter modules; items coming from the accordion conveyor can be directed to the desired path through these modules. Sortation can be added directly to the ACC unit, distributing items to multiple exits. It connects to existing conveyor lines, adapts to different heights/angles, and multiple ACCs can be linked in series to build long lines for high efficiency.
